Francisco the Federal Offender

I am so mad at Francisco(not really)!! I ordered our Halloween costumes from this web site and i also ordered him a Christmas present. I even told him that if he got home and there was a package on the door step not to even look at it. Well, Monday i was driving home from work and i get a phone call that there is.... strike that... was a package waiting for him and he OPENED it!! He was only calling to tell me that my costume had arrived and that he was super disappointed that his costume hadn't come yet. After grilling him about federal crimes i told him again that he was not to open anything that was not addressed to him. We'll see if it works
